• How do I access the CE Presentations?
  • Log into the Members portal
  • Head into the Courses portal via the second tab from the top left-hand corner of the screen
  • Log into the Courses portal with the same credentials as you do for the members portal
  • Click onto the CMPS Course
  • Scroll down and the CE Presentations are in the section titled Resources for Certified Members

• Why can’t I log into the site?
  • Make sure there are no capital letters in your username
  • Copy and paste your username and password exactly how it is given to you

• Why have I not received my CE Credits for the webinar I attended
  • Have you filled out the course survey?
    • Yes, I filled out the course survey
      • Have you waited the 5-7 business days after submitting the survey?
        • Yes, I still have not received it
      • Have you checked your spam/junk folder for the link to the Course Certificate?
        • Yes, I still have not received it
      • Have you whitelisted our email sender list? 
        • No
          • Whitelist our email sender list then reach out to our CE Director at Julianna@momentifi.com and she will resend you the link to the certificate 
    • No, I did not fill out the course survey
      • Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for the link to the survey
      • Fill out the survey and wait 5-7 business days
